Renal function-replacement therapy

CAPD: behandeling en profylaxe (bij peritoneaal dialyse): 1x/week 30mg (in totaal 2 doses).

Hemo dialysis: behandeling en profylaxe (bij intermitterende hemodialyse): 1e dosis van 30mg zo snel mogelijk na de eerste verschijnselen, vervolgens 30mg na elke dialysesessie.

CAV / VVHD: therapeutische behandeling: 1dd 75mg OF 2dd 30mg. Profylactische behandeling: 1dd 30mg OF 1x/2 dagen 75mg. Geldt ook voor hemodiafiltratie.
