Indien sepsis (qSOFA ≥2) of recent antibioticagebruik

General comments

Hoog risico ESBL infectie indien: 

  • ESBL kolonisatie/infectie <1 jaar;
  • recent (<2 maanden) gebruik breed-spectrum antibiotica;
  • recent (< 3 maanden) reis naar hoog-endemisch gebied (zie https://resistancemap.cddep.org/);
  • recente (< 2 maanden) ziekenhuisopname in buitenland).

Bij hoog risico op ESBL infectie empirische antibiotica (door middel van toevoegen ciprofloxacine en/of substitutie primair antibioticum door een carbapenem) altijd alleen in overleg met arts-microbioloog of internist-infectioloog. 

Dekking Pseudomonas aeruginosa bij kolonisatie/infectie <1 jaar.
